Chief Knitter Tim (all bow and roll up trouser legs etc) has organised for us to pop up to centre of the Universe, otherwise known as Milton Keynes, to observe and learn from Dave Andrews on how to port K-series cylinder heads. Unfortunately, because although has a big garage, it is full of K-series bits, there are only so many burly blokes you can fit in that space. DVA has given us a limit of 8. However, depending on the success of this visit, and how many others would be interested in replicating the experience, we could organise a second wave of 'new generation knitters' The first generation knitters are:
- Tim
- Neil (aka Doktor LabRat)
- AndyP (SF)
- AndyT
- Dave
- Rob
- Kingsley
- PaulN
If anyone in falls out, and if you're not on the first generation Knitter list, then please let Tim or I know

Depending on various aspects (funds, timescale etc) I could be on standby to take the place of a late drop out but if a 2nd date was planned then I'd definitely be up for that!
