Meant to mention this earlier in the week but when I changed my oil at the weekend I also used an engine flush at the same time.
Always been a bit skeptical about these but I got it free with my oil so thought why not.
All I can say is WOW! What a difference. The car is running so much better than before.
I've read the archives on the BCBBS and opinion is divided but I'm giving it a big thumbs up.
It really helped to get every last drop of the old oil. Put it this way on my last oil change I only had to fill up about 4 litres of Magnatec.
This time I managed to get the whole 4.5 litres in.
The car revs much easier and runs super smooth.
Worth considering the next time you're changing the oil. I used the STP Engine Flush product.
