Okay Tony I'll get on the case - I confess I was being lazy and hoping that you'd get the form code done!!! Wow - is that still on line? We worked so hard on that - and in the end I ended up doing what Nikolaj eventually did: trying all the suspension settings on my car and finding out for myself what happened. The lesson from that exercise is to keep things simple - and in particular, the question being asked as simple. Unfortunately, we found far too many counfounding factors that rendered an on-line survey unmanageable and unlikely to provide the results we wanted... ... but we did learn some things by undertaking this exercise though eh Dieter!

Would suggest a link on *data submitted site* back to the entry form for multiple data input.
And increase column width here and at the other
Quality:</td><td><textarea name="quality" size="40" rows="5"></textarea></td></tr> to Quality:</td><td><textarea name="quality" size="80" rows="5"></textarea></td></tr>

I created a table in Word, transposed the headings from Tony's web page and then filled it all in... 67 items and 6 pages later i was done! But the list doesn't cover everything - there are a few items missed (through forgetfulness), some more were missed deliberately (for political reasons) and some were grouped into one, like the rebuild by the MGF Centre. I could have broken it all down into component parts but i think this would have missed the point - no one wants to know if i'm happy with the lower radiator panel, or the inner wings or battery tray - they want to know about the service and quality of the work i got from the MGF Centre - ergo, these items were grouped together. Where it is a modification from standard i have included it (like the TF steering rack for instance). I reckon, if i broke it all down further and included things like tyres (i have done brake pads and discs) and numberplates (i'm on my third set) and stuff i could have stretched it to another couple of pages, but at the end of the day, would it have been relevant? Well, maybe the tyres...
