Righty. The head looks good. My mate told me that because the standard K series engines have such small ports you dont want to take up a few mm in seat width and because the ports are small he does a 45degree seat with a 60degree bottom cut blended into the port.
That's apparently what Dave Andrews does and many other tuners that work with small port 16v heads.
Looks good to me. I'll probably see if I can get it now, although I don't really need it for another 6 months.
Thanks Joe

Guys,
I dont really need this head and my mate has said that he will make me one whenever I need it. So the head is for sale. It's not on an excahnge basis, so you can keep your old head (maybe even get him to do some work on it and sell it!)
He wants 500quid for the head with standard size valves or 750quid for a big valve conversion.
He told me his big valve head works out at 47quid per port and an equivalent DVA head works out 75quid per port.
If anyone is interested or knows anyone that is interested then email benrushworth@hotmail.com. Pics of the head are available.
Thanks Joe

Thanks Joe - although I think that we'll all be going down the DIY route! ;D
