I think that this was dependent on numbers, but the chaps at Burlen seemed to think that there ought to be enough for the offer to run through until March 2004

Hmm - Luminition MTBs for 450 quid (at present) - cool!

Do the Lumenition ones fit in the F engine bay Rob?
I thought this was the reason DVA used Jenvey items (might be wrong, but the photo looks like they're quite long and thus there is a risk of them (or the airfilter enclosure) fouling the rear bulhead wall. Kingley's DVA set up already causes clash issues with the expansion tank...

I *think* that they're of similar proportions to the Jenvey DTH TBs Andy - may be slightly longer? I think that they'll fit okay into an F's engine bay (didn't Jason use Lumenition MTBs in Funky F?) - BUT there are indeed installation issues to resolve - not least the throttle linkages (which I assume come with the kit), the fuel rail and the air intake. DVA specifies Bernard Scouse's airbox - which is what Kingsley has installed on his car. This does necessitate some imagination with regard to the location of the expansion tank - but at the end of the day, that's not too difficult to sort out... The Emerald M3D generally seems to be the most popular ECU amongst Elise owners - as a result there are many many maps available that'll cover a range of modifications. However, with the Luminition, there isn't that depth of knowledge - which can only make one's life a little harder. Sometimes there is sense in making like a sheep, and following the crowd!
