Well it's been 12 months, this weekend is the start of another competition year and I have left it to late to fit the braket. Trying new pads, Hawk HP. Pads are for a Honda Prelude but cut down to fit. I will also be using Bridgestone RE 55's a sticky tyre but I won't be able to tell if my times improve as it's on a track I not used before. I will try and fit braket soon.

Four months later and I took the glove box apart and then put it back together again. It needs a fair bit of dismantling of the air condition unit to secure the bracket in side the car.
Last Tuesday I took my car to a local garage and I'm still waiting to get it back, yep the A/C has been the problem on removal a pipe had split and leaks the gas out. At first they thought it was the seals, they have been replaced and this final time they found a split in a pipe. So this is not a do it yourself job and I don't have photos to show why. But when I get the car back I will find out if this extra costing has been worthwhile. I have a super sprint meet on Saturday!.

Well a year later and am about to replace the rotors again, I have a set of QH grooved and drilled plus a standard set and after reading about drilled discs cracking I'm wondering which to fit?. As I only do about 4 major speed events a year with say one warm up lap 4 timed plus a cool down heat may not be a problem.
My air conditioning gas still leaks and for all the effort I thought the brake pedel would be a lot firmer. B&Gbracket, stainless brake lines, competition pads plus grooved rotors. Dont get me wrong the car stops but I think it should feel firmer. July, August and September bring it on!!!
